Act Now to Support Washington Families!

Keep the momentum going! The Washington Building Families Act, HB 1129/SB 5121, needs a hearing scheduled this week in the House Appropriations Committee and the Senate Ways and Means Committee, in order to advance! 

This important legislation would add Washington State to the list of states that mandate insurance coverage for fertility care for those who need IVF to build their families. It will also provide fertility preservation services for those at risk of medically-induced infertility (like cancer patients).

We need your continued help contacting your state legislators to encourage their support for the bill. The cutoff deadline to move these bills out of fiscal committees is this Friday, February 28th.
